1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any Stellar Crest Bank service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Account responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and transaction PIN. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach. • Ensuring your contact information is kept up to date. We are not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Banking services
Stellar Crest Bank provides the following services subject to eligibility and availability: • Multi-currency deposit accounts • Domestic and international money transfers • Investment plan subscriptions • Crypto deposit gateway • Referral programme Services may be restricted or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.
5. Fees and charges
Current fees are published in our Fee Schedule, available in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
6. Investment plans
Investment plans are offered for informational and portfolio purposes. Past performance of any plan does not guarantee future results. Investment products are subject to market risk, and you may receive less than the amount invested. We are not registered investment advisers; nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.
7. Prohibited activities
You may not use Stellar Crest Bank services to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing. • Conduct transactions on behalf of a sanctioned individual or entity. • Circumvent our security controls or access controls. • Transmit malicious code, spam, or disruptive content. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, asset freeze, and reporting to competent authorities.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or as required by law. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with our closure policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Crest Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim or $100.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. Failing resolution, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
